So, if for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your needs/expectations/couch color, we offer an easy 30-day return and/or exchange policy on your purchase. We’ll refund your purchase total (less any applicable outgoing shipping costs, should your order have shipped free).

Wholesale Customers Return/ Refund Policy

It’s just as easy for our wholesale customer, too! However, one note: At this time, we do not include Return Service Labels for our wholesale/trade order. Wholesale/trade orders must be paid for by the shipper.
